How do we do it?
AAP uses a two step process to help you
reach financial serenity.
First step, our financial counselor guides you through an examination of your relationship with
money. Once you understand the connection between your core values and your finances,
you are ready for the second step.
In the second step, our financial counselor
determines your financial profile and helps you define your financial
goals. The Counselor develops strategies tailored to your profile
and goals. The Counselor's specific work involves the following.
1. Identify your goals.
2. Gather the data and facts pertinent to your
financial profile.
3. Analyze your current situation.
4. Examine strategies to attain your goals.
5. Produce a report on the recommended strategies.
6. Help you implement those strategies.
7. Monitor the strategies' outcomes.
With this dynamic process you can: build
wealth, protect
your family’s income, fund your child’s college education, reduce taxes,
manage debt, protect your assets, fund retirement and elder care, and
ultimately, establish a
legacy.
As you can see from the list above, the work of a
wealth and risk manager covers quite a few jobs. In the following pictures, we show various hats worn by our wealth and risk manager. We
hope you find them amusing, but more importantly, informative and useful.
How Are
We Paid?
We are compensated primarily through commissions. For those who believe
anyone who works on a commission basis, wears a "Black Hat",
we ask you to read our webpage entitled "Black Hat
Financial Advisor".
We can also be paid (under State de minimus
rules) through an hourly fee. In those rare instances when we charge a fee; it is
$95 an hour. That is well below the national average for financial
advisors.
