| Rebalance Allocation on a Periodic Basis After we build a specific asset allocation
for you, we monitor the performance of the individual assets within your
portfolio. Our past analysis indicates, the different slices of your asset
allocation pie will change. The percentage of some asset classes will grow
while others will shrink. Therefore, at least every 18 months we suggest you
exchange a portion of those which have grown for those which shrank. This will cause you
to multiply the number of shares of the shrinking slice under the assumptions
that under different economic conditions certain asset classes will (for a temporary
amount of time), outperform others but, eventually reverse.
